Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. Each item is made to order: production takes about 2–5 business days, and shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and cart. Standard orders typically arrive 5–9 business days after purchase; express orders 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a free replacement or full refund — no need to send anything back. Ordered the wrong size or changed your mind? We offer an exchange (not a refund) within 30 days of delivery; the replacement item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, and the customer covers the shipping cost of the replacement. Sizing

Every product page includes a full size guide (inches and centimeters) under the product description — please check it before ordering, since fit can vary by style. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit.

Care Instructions

To keep your Papa and Paula Shop pieces looking their best: wash cold, inside out, with like colors; tumble dry low or hang dry; avoid ironing directly over printed designs; and skip the bleach.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status any time from the My Account page, or the Orders page. Multi-item orders may ship in separate parcels and arrive on different days.
