1. Who we are

This store is operated by Environmental Energy LLC, trading as Papa and Paula Shop ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By ordering you confirm the information you give us is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method you provide.

3. Products

All garments are printed to order. Because of the nature of printing and of natural fibres, slight variation in colour, print placement and garment measurement between items is normal and is not a defect. Screen colours vary between devices, so the shade you see may differ slightly from the item you receive.

Product images may include mockups. Sizing charts are published on each product page and are the measurements we stand behind.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Payment is taken in full at checkout. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, and your payment is processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card details.

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Import duties and customs charges are separate and are covered in our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel any order — for example where an item is unavailable, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy and are not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

7. Returns

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, logos, photographs and text on this store are owned by us or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, print, resell or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not the design on it.

9. Your content

If you send us reviews, photographs or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it to promote the store, and you confirm it is yours to share. We may remove any content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this store for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation or security.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The store and its content are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms. Our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the store.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the courts of that state, unless the consumer law of your own country gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.
