Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We are not able to accept orders for delivery outside the US at this time. We hope to open other countries later — if you would like to be told when we do, email info@enviro-nrg.com.

Two timelines, not one

Your order needs production time and then shipping time. These are separate, and the total is the sum of both. This is the single most common source of confusion with made-to-order clothing, so here it is plainly:

  • Production: 2–5 business days. Your item is printed and finished after you order.
  • Shipping: begins only once production is complete, at the speed you chose at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin production on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

  • Standard — 3–4 business days after production is complete.
  • Express — 1–3 business days after production is complete.

So a standard order typically arrives 5–9 business days after you place it, and an express order 3–8 business days. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships. If your order contains several items, they may be produced at different facilities and arrive in separate parcels on different days — this is normal and you are not charged twice.

Shipping costs

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. All prices on this store are shown in US dollars.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will reship it once you cover the reshipment cost. Unclaimed parcels are donated by our fulfilment partner after 30 days.

Delays

Carrier backlogs, extreme weather and public holidays can extend delivery beyond the estimates above. We will always help you trace a delayed parcel — email info@enviro-nrg.com with your order number.

Lost or undelivered parcels

If tracking shows no movement, or the parcel is marked delivered but never arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will reship or refund. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details..
